Terms of Use for Diners

Your order is placed with the restaurant named on the page, not with Restro OS. The restaurant is responsible for the food, its quality, prices, taxes, allergen and diet information, and for refunds or complaints about your order.

Menus, prices and availability are set by the restaurant and may change. Check with restaurant staff if you have allergies or dietary needs.

Payment is made to the restaurant, at the table, counter or through the payment option the restaurant offers. Restro OS does not hold your money.

If asked, give accurate details such as your name and phone number so the restaurant can serve you and update you on your order.

Do not place fake orders, misuse the service, or try to interfere with it. We may block access that looks abusive.

Restro OS provides the ordering pages “as is” and is not liable for the restaurant’s food or service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

For order issues, contact the restaurant first. For problems with the website itself, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected].

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission near you.
