V1.5.2
Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Clearer terms for restaurants and diners, and one Privacy Policy that explains how everyone's data is handled.
New Features
New Terms of Use for diners who order from a restaurant, explaining that the order is with the restaurant and where to take a complaint.
Improvements
The Terms of Service are rewritten for restaurants, covering your trial, billing, licences, menu accuracy and how your team and your customers' data are handled.
The Privacy Policy now spells out who is responsible for which data, what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights or reach our Grievance Officer.
New accounts record that they agreed to version 2.0 of the Terms and Privacy Policy.

V1.5.1
A simpler, safer sign-in, and a simpler team
A redesigned sign-up and sign-in, one clear way to join a team, and five simple roles.
New Features
Sign up and sign in have a new look that fits your screen on laptops and phones. Enter your email, then the 6-digit code we send you. There is no password to remember.
Joining a team is one flow. Open your invite link, enter the code, and choose to accept the role or create your own business instead. One email can belong to one business.
Already have an account? Signing up again just takes you back to your dashboard.
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages, and a clear record of when you agreed to them.
A short security check on sign-in and sign-up keeps automated bots away. Most people never see it.
Improvements
Team roles are now Owner, Manager, Cashier, Chef and Waiter.
The Activity Log shows which device each change came from (web, desktop or phone), groups changes by day, and lets you export a CSV.
Activity Log entries are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically. Export a CSV if you need to keep a record.
Errors and confirmations on sign-in now appear as small pop-up messages, and Send code slows down if it is clicked too many times.
Bug Fixes
Inviting someone who already has an account no longer silently fails. You now get a clear message, and their existing account is never moved into your team by mistake.

The first public release
Restro OS on the web: manage your whole menu, share it with guests, and follow live orders, all from any browser.
New Features
Manage your menu in one place: categories, items and modifier groups, each added and edited on its own full page.
Edit your menu anytime, and mark items or whole categories unavailable on the fly.
Set when a category or item is shown with a Google Business-style schedule, and choose which order channels (dine-in, takeaway, table QR, room QR) it is available on.
Import and export categories and items as CSV, and change many prices at once with bulk pricing.
Pick a menu theme, all included on every plan, and give guests search and filters to browse the menu.
One shared QR code for the whole menu.
Live order dashboard with real-time order tracking for dine-in and takeaway orders, including hold and resume.
Improvements
The menu editor works on phones and tablets, with forms that fit a small screen and a save bar that stays at the bottom.
Choose which kitchen station a category's tickets go to. Stations are managed in the desktop app.
